Every matter begins with a written engagement letter. It lists the scope of work, the deliverables, the flat fee (or hourly cap), and the specific attorney assigned to your file. Nothing is billed that wasn't disclosed here first.
We collect documents through an encrypted client portal, translate them in-house when needed, and draft the filings. Every substantive filing is reviewed by a second attorney before it leaves the office.
We file with the relevant agency or court, track every deadline internally, and update you on progress — even when there's nothing new to report. When the matter closes, you receive a bound copy of every document filed on your behalf.
You'll hear from us at least once a month, even during long federal processing windows. Silence is never the plan.
